Online Exchange & Returns
If it is necessary to exchange or return a garment purchased on our website, please contact the store by phone 336.897.2425 or email to arrange your return or exchange. Once the return has been arranged, you may return the item either in person at our store or by mail.
We will gladly refund or exchange returns of eligible products received within 14 days of the ship date.
To be eligible for refund or exchange, garments must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept the return of intimate garments (panties, thongs, shapewear, etc.) nor any lingerie set including these items if item has been deemed tried on or worn.
ALL sale merchandise is final sale and no returns will be accepted. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned items if the return does not meet our policy guidelines. In this case, the purchase may not be accepted and may be returned to the purchaser.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with making a return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
