How can I pay?

Which courier do you use for your deliveries?


All domestic (Continental U.S.) ground orders will ship via UPS or USPS.




What are the shipping costs?


Orders value under $200 is $15 shipping fee. Orders value over $200 is FREE.




How long will it take before I receive my order?


Purchases made before 3pm Tuesday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day, except holidays. Purchases made after 3pm will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Tuesday. Shipments are pending product availability and credit verification. If you need your purchase expedited, please contact us at 336-897- 2425 to process your purchase, please provide the correct billing address. If information is incorrectly entered, it could cause delays in shipping.

RETURNS

Can I return a product?


In-Store Returns
Purchases made in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit only. We will gladly exchange or provide a store credit for eligible products returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. In order to be eligible for exchange or credit note, garments must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn and with all tags attached. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept the return of intimate garments (panties, thongs, shapewear, etc.) nor any lingerie set including these items if the item has been tried on or worn. ALL sale merchandise is final sale and no returns will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any item for exchange or provide store credit if the item(s) does not meet our policy guidelines. Returns must be accompanied by original receipt.
Online Returns If it is necessary to return or exchange a garment purchased on our website, please contact the store by phone 336.897.2425 or email to arrange your return or exchange. Once the return has been arranged, you may return the item either in person at our store or by mail. We will gladly refund or exchange returns of eligible products received within 30 days of the ship date. To be eligible for refund or exchange, garments must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept the return of intimate garments (panties, thongs, shapewear, etc.) nor any lingerie set including these items if item has been deemed tried on or worn. ALL sale merchandise is final sale and no returns will be accepted. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items if the return does not meet our policy guidelines. In this case, the purchase may not be accepted and may be returned to the purchaser.
